Hands down, Superia 200 over 400: lower contrast, finer grain, reasonable saturation. The Superia exhibits a rather moderate reciprocity failure. Thats less expensive per frame than in 2006, when I started using this stuff. It is not uncommon to use a personal EI rather than the box speed. We made a rookie mistake and purchased a pack for $35 from our local lab. Contrast and saturation are higher on Superia 400 than Portra 400.
